Have any of you experienced dizziness in your pg?

During the last week, I have had these occasional spells where, I just get feeling really hot, and dizzy. My body kinda feels a little tingly afterwords. It happened twice after I ate lunch at work, and after Thanksgiving dinner tonight. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I would get super dizzy when I would stand up in the beginning of pregnancy till probably about 11 weeks. No matter if I stood up fast or slow I would still get dizzy. It was lovely in the middle of the night when I would wake up because I had to go pee so bad but I'd have to sit on the edge of my bed for like 30 seconds just so I wouldn't fall completely over when I stood. It was a lovely pregnancy symptom Sometimes I would get dizzy just sitting on the couch and I'd just have to lay down for a while.

I think what you are experiencing is totally normal. It might carry on the full pregnancy or it might go away eventually. Hopefully it doesn't bother you the whole time.

When I was pg with Makenna I only had it during the 1st trimester. This time I get it at least a few times a week. I find it's worse for me if I'm standing for too long, hungry, over-heating, etc. We were out shopping tonight and I was only there 10 min and I was feeling like I was going to pass out. I hate feeling like that and it makes me nervous that I just may pass out.

i have had bad dizziness with all mine but it is because i have low iron, low blood sugar and low blood pressure. they wanted to keep me in hospital longer because my BP was 55/76 but thats just normal for me!
might be worth mentioning it to your doc though just to make sure its ok
xx

That sounds like my experience almost to a tee. I used to also get very dizzy if I was in the shower for too long. I think it just comes with the territory, but you may want to mention it to your doctor, just in case.
