first, I think we will do it after the holidays...too many other things to do and other expenses.

now question is, should we do more than 1 ? States, Cananda & UK mommies?
would that be easier for shipping costs if we let each group do their own & post their stories and pics when their mascot visits??

I am just trying to keep it as easy and cheap as possible...

let me know gals !

thanks !

I think I missed a post because I don't understand. What's a PAL mascot? Like the PR ones?

yes we were thinking of maybe some type of stuffed animal....more than likely an angel of some type and sending it to each other ...

That's cool! If we just bought the same angel or stuffed animal and sent one to Canada, one to UK, one to US would that work?

I think thats a great idea...each area to have their own! We could find a small something online..so they would all match.

What about THIS?

It looks like they can be bought together or separately. And it looks like they can ship to Canada and UK.

Just chiming in my 2 cents but I don't understand having one for Canada and one for the US mommies (I can understand the UK having a seperate one though). The shipping is basically the same to ship between the 2 countries and in fact, it's usually more expensive to ship within Canada for many things. I know for a fact from shipping cloth diapers that it's practically the same to ship within the US as it is to ship to Canada if you use 1st Class shipping. I also don't think there are too many mama's from Canada to warrant buying one here, and don't see a lot of participation that way. Sorry to be blunt. I'd love to participate but from the looks of it it'll be just me.
