I've been having a dull pain off and on right in the area of my previous c-section scar. The scar is 9.5 years old. I'm rather paranoid about this as I had lower abdominal pains before I lost Kairi in May. I went to the OB today, the midwife can't find anything wrong and Peanut's HB is in the 150's so he/she is good as well. They are sending me of an u/s next Tuesday to check on Peanut and my scar tissue in my uterus. The midwife is hoping it's just the scar tissue finally trying to stretch with the rest of the uterus but at least they are taking my concern seriously.
Has anyone else had this issue with pregnancy following a c-section?
I have been feeling this for about a week. I've had two c-sections-one in 98 and the last in 2000. I honestly hadn't even related it to the scar until I read your post. It makes sense that it would be stretching at this point in the pregnancy. I think it's been so long since I've been pregnant (or this far along in pregnancy) that I have forgotten a lot of the aches and pains that come with it.
