Hey girls...

Just wondering if any of you had good suggestions for back support? Or just any type of pillow that is comfortable? I'm currently using these dinky pillows on our couch, but they are not that padded. It's just not as comfy as I'd like it to be.

I'm starting to get slight backaches. I'd like to get something for home and work.

If you have any suggestions, can you let me know what store you bought it at so I can get a price range?

Thanks!!

I actually got a an extra bed pillow and would fold it down and tuck that behind me......folding it made it more compact and firm...and it helps to take some pressure off. I know back pain is uncomfortable !

good luck !!

I bought a contoured pillow just for the small of the back and use it when I need the support. I also sleep with a body pillow behind my back. Hope you can find some relief.

I'm no help with this because I think I tried everything and got no relieve, but I'll tell, I heard horror stories about back pain in the 3rd trimestre and so far I have none, I know it does not help you out now.

^Oh no!!!!!

I think what I have now is just awful.

I will try to find a comfy pillow to use. I do sleep with a maternity pillow already. I really like that thing.

A pillow right at the small of my back definitely helps. Hope you find something that works for you!
