The ppl at work used to LOVE to tell me what to eat. I used to buy a couple of canned fruit for the end of the week when my weekly fruit supple (which was more then I weight) would run out. One day I was eating my canned fruit when a coworker came up to me and said "You know that isn't good for the baby. It has a lot of sugar in it". You can bet I told her where to go! So you aren't allowed to have any sugar because you are pregger? People just can't get enough of the advice.
Here are some words of wisdom from my OB "The next time someone gives you advice ask them if they are a M.D. When they say no then tell them to shut up" She was a funny lady.
