I've been having cramping the last two nights. Nothing overly painful, but certainly uncomfortable and more severe than anything I've had so far. I know you're not supposed to worry unless there is blood w/ the cramping, but why would it just happen all of the sudden? How concerned should I be?

hunny please try and relax. i know how hard that is but the stage you are at is going to be uncomfortable because baby is going to need a lot more room soon and your body is getting ready.
have a relaxing bath and chill in front of the tv.

It's probably normal, not sure but could it be the placenta taking over now? I know I had some cramping around the end of the first trimester but it all seems a bit of a blur at the moment.

But I always say if you are ever concerned or worried to phone your doctor. We've all been through so much to get here, it's only natural to worry about every little thing and our doctors will have to be understanding of that.

Try and take it easy if you can, always thinking of you hun.

Gosh, I can't remember what I felt around that stage. But, I bet it is baby getting bigger and needing more room.

Thanks ladies. I think you might be right and my belly is finally "popping" a bit. Today my upper abs are feeling kind of pressured. Time to go looking for that box of maternity clothes.

Kelly,

I'm just now seeing this and I'm glad you feel a little more reassured. I'm sure everything is probably OK. Just keep an eye on things and if you get more worried, just call the dr. Hang in there!! We will both be holding our precious babies in June, OK? Let me know if you need ANYTHING!
