I'm sorry Shannon. I can understand how worried and scared you must be for your dad. Praying they find a diagnosis and he can get the treatment that he needs.

I'm so sorry Shannon, I'm sorry you are going through this. I wish I had some words of wisdom, or some advise, but all I have is to tell you that I will keep you and your family in my t&p.
I will tell you that my grandma took care of my grandpa which had dementia for years before, he was put in a home. If you need someone to talk to, you know where I am. Lots of love.

Are they sure the tumour hasn't returned? The reason I ask is paranoia, anger, etc can be signs of a brain tumour. When my MIL was going through chemo last year for lung cancer she was terrified of it spreading to her brain (as lung cancer often does) and mentioned that those were symptoms of it.

Whatever it is, it's a horrible way to go through life.

They've done a couple CT scans and haven't seen anything. I believe they are going to do an MRI as well. I think it's a pretty slim possibility as it's been 14 years since he had cancer and the tumor he had back then was a very rapidly growing one. Plus his symptoms back then were totally different, vision changes, arm going numb, etc because it was near the brain stem. But there's always a chance or a chance it could be a new tumor so I know they will check.
