I am so nervous. I keep expecting to see a blighted ovum. There was some pink blood when I wiped this morning (sorry TMI). I am a big bundle of nerves. It isn't fair. I should be overjoyed about being preggo. Instead, I am a nervous wreck. I'm sure many of you were in my same shoes.

I'm sorry I missed this! Ultrasounds are always hard when you've had a bad one, I don't care who you are. I get nervous before every one (even the one I had yesterday, when we had checked his heartbeat beforehand AND he was moving around!).

I hope everything went well!

Update

Well, the sac was empty. I had a transvaginal u/s. As you can see in my siggy, my numbers went up as they should. I am hopeful that it was just too early to see my bean. Although, it's the placenta that gives out the Hcg and that can continue growing after the loss of the embryo.

After the appt, I had 7 vials of blood drawn. I've gone for so many blood tests that the techs remember me. Heck, I even know which 2 techs are the best at drawing blood.

I have another u/s set for Friday (2/13). I also have an appointment with a high risk pregnancy nurse practitioner on 2/16.

Oh and another blood test this Friday.

I'm going to continue praying for you!! This is my fifth LO, and honestly? My drs. have never let me get a u/s before seven to 8 weeks because they didn't want me to freak. Take a deep breath, and think healthy sac Your numbers are impressive!!!!! I am SURE that you'll start to see a L/O in the next two weeks!!!

Congrats on your bfp!!

Thank you Heathernoel and Cherryblossom. I am definitely keeping my hopes up. It's going to be a long wait until next Friday.

I'm sorry things didn't go better, but I just wanted to echo what everyone is saying about it being early. Your numbers look great too. Its funny that you mention the blood draw thing....I am exactly the same way....I know all the techs, they know me, and I know who I hope is there each time I go.

I'm betting you anything it's just too early!! I know next Friday can't get here fast enough for you, but try not to stress too much... I had 2 ultrasounds one week apart and went from an empty sac to a baby with a heartbeat!

Thinking of you sweetie!
