Once in a while, like laying back in the recliner or flat on my back in bed to read (I know...it's a no-no! ) Usually its fine if I just change position.

it got really bad for me towards the end....

when they took me to the OR I panicked when they strapped me down....I really could not breathe by that point since I was so filled with fluid.

it was so scary.....I seriously have a hard time when I think about it

Not yet. I have noticed that I get out of breath much more quickly and I feel like I'm breathing a little harder, but nothing too bad so far.

Not difficulty per se, but I do carry high (same with DD) and it makes me feel like I just can't get a good full breath. I just feel lots of pressure around my rib cage area.
