Yup, I keep two envelopes in my purse. One for food items and one for non-food items. I probably save a few dollars here and there and it at least pays to get the Sunday paper (which is where I get the coupons from!)
Yes, I also have a small wallet like pouched that's alphabetized (A-Z) that I keep my coupons in. I mainly use them for baby related items, and I only keep coupons for things we actually use. I don't clip from a newspaper though. I go to www.save.ca and select the coupons I want and they mail them to me. I also have coupons email to me, and from magazines and mailings.
Yeah, coupons can save a ton. When I was spending more time on Afullcup.com, I think I was getting addicted to coupon clipping and getting things for pennies or free. It was getting to be too much, so I stopped. I still clip and try not to buy when things aren't on sale and/or have a coupon. It saves SO much. we also do most of our grocery shopping at Aldi because you don't need coupons and still save a boat-load of money.

I DO! I have one of those small pocket organizer thingies too. I made my own labels for it: using today, diapers & wipes, cleaning supplies, dinners, snacks, etc. I tried to use it once a couple years ago but i didn't really get into it...I have saved alot this time around though! I used to forget about them too but now DH and I take about 15 minutes before leaving for the store to make our list and to seperate out any coupons that we might be using that day (hence the section labeled "using today"). And for extra assurance that I don't forget, I also note on my list "(cpn)" after the item.
