I am worried about my HCG levels.
At 12 DPO they were only 47
Maybe you can share your levels so I can compare??
Thanks all !

I too have been super worried this enitre pregnancy about my HCG levels. My first blood test was when I was about 25 DPO (I think) and they were in the high 600's- but everyone else on this board had them in the thousands at that point. The next bloodwork they were at 18000, so obviously rising, but still on the lower end of the scale. Everything I read on line scared me and I thought for sure I was doomed, but we heard a heartbeat after the last round of bloodwork, so as of that point the numbers had to have been fine if the baby looked good then.

According to this chart : http://www.betabase.info/showBasicChart.php?type=Single 47 is right on!! It says that 46 is the median for 12 DPO & that 4 is the lowest & 208 is the highest reported in successful single pregnancies.

I understand the worry... when mine didn't quite double in 48 hrs I freaked, but my midwife said it was ok and they looked really good. Here I am at 16 weeks and things are going good still.

That is right on track, i was at 44 at 10DPO and i am now almost 6 weeks. Its not the # that as important as if they are doubling within 24-36 hours.

good luck!

I agree with doxielover, that is what I have always been told, that the number doubling is important and that first number is pretty much meaningless. People's numbers also vary soooo much in each stage, knowing other people's numbers wont help much.

Well I found out that my levels did double since the last time, so I am more relieved than ever !!!!!
It is hard to take things day by day, like everyone tells you too, especially if you have m/c before.
The worry just hangs over like a cloud.
But with all my prayers, I hope this pregnancy is successful
Thanks girls

Well, that's fantastic news!!! I know what you mean, though--it's hard to relax. I want to punch anyone who tells me to do that. Hehe. Miscarriage has tainted us all, but we'll get through this. That's what this board is for, after all, right?
