Sorry if I already posted this.

I lost my baby on November 21, 2008 and I carried him for 18 weeks 2 days. I had an infection which caused me to lose the baby and I never knew it and it was left untreated.

Now I'm going on 11 weeks pregnant and think I should join!

I'm getting all of the testing I can possibly get. I actually go in for my 1st Trimester Screening next Tuesday, March 17th. So hopefully everything will go smooth this time.

Oh, yes. My name is Kristen and I have two little boys, KJ and Owen. I'm hoping for another boy, but a girl would be nice too. The heartbeat is 175 as of Saturday, March 7th. I've been married since June 2004 and my husband is in the Marine Corps.

Congrats on the pregnancy! I am sorry for your loss though.

I am 14 weeks today. I just joined last week, I wanted to make sure it was "safe" to join. So I totally understand!

Hi Kristen!

I am sorry about your loss, but this is a great group of women who all understand your concerns as you go through a PAL.

I look forward to getting to know you!

(And...I love your second son's name...Owen is going to be our son's name when he arrives in May )

Welcome and Congrats on your pregnancy!

This board is great because everyone understands how stressful and scary pregnancy can be after a loss. Coming here has helped me learned to celebrate each day and each little milestone!

I also wanted to say on parenting boys less than a year apart! I care for my nephew, so four days a week mine are 13 months apart....and it can be challenging.
