I don't drink pop hardly at all, and i eat more balanced meals with less snacking. I'm also addicted to Milk, and I used to hardly drink it.

I usually eat pretty well anyway, but I started being exceptionally good with the first pregnancy and just continued with that even after the m/c with the hope it'd help for the next pregnancy....so far so good, although tomatoes now make me sick, so those are getting pulled out of the salads

I think more about getting the stuff I know I need, like greens, whole grains, milk, eggs, etc. BUT....I am snacking and craving chocolate so mcuh with this pregnancy that I can't really say I'm eating better....certainly not as good as I did with DD. I am just so hungry all the time!

I am certainly trying my hardest. Since I haven't gotten sick yet it is really easy right now. With Roald I ate well until 16 weeks when I began having severe vomiting daily. At the time we did not know it was worse than most women's morning sickness. Whether I ate fast food, healthy food, raw food, anything, I would vomit. I eventually tried to eat other things, but the only things that stayed down were any kind of potatoes and bread. I would even lose alot of the liquids. Ugh...so this time when I get sick I am taking something or wearing one of the wristbands for nausea!! But yeah I think I am much more wise with my eating habits when I am pregnant.

I am a really healthy eater already- I avoid junk, fast food, artificial crap I can't pronunce, HFCS, artificial dyes, preservitives and toxins. I eat about 80-90% organic, and we almost always eat at home, which is healthier also. I have a few allergies that make eating processed foods difficult, so we make our own convienience foods. I do plan to get a dehydrator pronto now that I'm pregnant, so I can make my own fruit roll ups

I'm hoping my cravings allow me to keep with my current habits- I am grossed out by fast foods and junk, so hopefully baby will be too!!!
