I'm trying my best not to freak out, but I started spotting a little while ago. This is how my first loss started. I know spotting can be totally normal but I'm scared to death. I'm going in to my OB first thing tomorrow morning. I know I should just relax and try to sleep but I'm too worried.

I only had light spotting with my first pregnancy and it did turn out bad. I didn't have it with Roald or so far this time, but I have heard and read tons and tons of stories about spotting where it is just something normal and is not an indication that anything is wrong. If it is not accompanied by any pain or other warning signs, I would try your best to keep on being calm like you are now. You'll be in my t &p's!!

I know it's such a scary thing. I had a little spotting at the beginning as well and I just knew that it was over but everything was fine. They think mine my have been from a cyst on my ovary. I'm sure it will all be fine. Try to take it easy and relax as much as possible even though I know it's hard to do. I'll be praying for you and baby. Please keep us posted.

Sorry for such a late update. I went into work after the appointment and couldn't post on my Blackberry for some reason.

Little bean is only measuring 5 wks 3 days. Since I used OPKs and charting I don't know how it's possible. They obviously couldn't see a heartbeat. HCG was 14,219 and Progesterone was 26. I go back Wednesday. I'm still spotting. I don't know what to think, other than I'm scared to death that I'm going to lose this little bean too.

Try not to worry to much (I know, easier said then done!!) I, too, had an early u/s at 6w3d and the doctor tried to tell me that he was only about 5 weeks. I KNEW that was impossible because I had been temping and OPKs. I went back exactly 1 week later and he was measuring right on time 7w3d and had a beautiful hb. So, it can still work out fine.

Lots of T&Ps coming your way!
