It's a GIRL!

I was hoping it was a boy so Matthew would be able to grow up with a boy cousin...but nope.

Now what the heck am I gonna do with ALL this blue stuff I have that Matthew has outgrown? And man am I gonna go broke. The pink stuff is soooooo cute.

We think she is going to go with Ellison for a name. I really like it so I hope she does. Her kids are Evan and Emma. Emma wants to name the baby Emily All those E's! UGH The dad is Eric and my sister is Charlena. She is the ODD one....

girl stuff is so much fun!
My nephew is ten days younger than Thea. i love having them close in age. we were glad when we found out she was having a boy and i was having a girl. they were the first grandchildren for my folks, so it was nice to get one of each.

Yay! You get to shop in the pink aisle AND the blue aisle. Take the stuff that your son outgrows to the resale shop. Make money on it and BUY MORE. Yay for shopping!!! And congrats to your sister!

YAY for pink!!

I think you will be pretty surprised at how close Matthew and Ellison will still be...DH was adopted and he has a little sister 4 months younger than him...granted they are "siblings" but growing up they were the best of friends...and still to this day when one has problem with the opposite sex, they call each other for advice...plus Ellison will have a big BOY cousin to protect her!!

Congrats to your sister!

My sister had a little girl in November, and we were hoping to be able to have her hand-me-downs, but no such luck... I am sure they will still be close cousins and get along great!

The cousin I am closest to is a boy. I have two cousins close in age to me. Sarah is 3 months older, and Josh is 2 months older, and I'm closer to Josh. So I'm sure they WILL be close. lol.

And Erin and Marcus always have tons of fun together when we get together.

Oh, and I agree with the idea of finding a consignment shop for the stuff Matthew's grown out of!

edited to add: YAY! Congrats to your sister! lol...I totally swear I said that already, but apparently not.

Yay! That so exciting. I can't wait to find out for mine. And I agree. Shopping both sides of the department is much better than just one.
