Just an FYI, I haven't been able to be on-line much recently as I've had a couple severe gall bladder attacks, and have been pretty sick with nausea and vomiting that I assume are associated with it too. I see the surgeon today to schedule to have it removed, and we're hoping that he'll get it done tomorrow.
I'll be back around as soon as I'm feeling better, which I hope is SOON! I'm already missing reading up on everyone and seeing everyone's precious baby pics, and just everything; yes, I'm a complete JM addict.
They couldn't schedule my surgery till Monday morning, as even though I'm sick, the gall bladder itself does not show signs of infection; so I'm non-emergent. I feel emergent, darn it! Anyway, so I'm at work today trying to tie up loose ends, and wrap up the end of the month. The goal is to make it as long as I can at work today, and stay away from fatty foods and caffeine and not have an attach before Monday morning.
Thanks for the well wishes ladies!!

OMgosh! Why haven't you told me about this already woman!?
I had my gall bladder removed when Cam was about 3 months old...turns out that most of the "braxton-hicks" I was having with him were actually gall stones...ended up having a massive gall bladder attack at about 3 in the morning and had to be rushed to the ER...had surgery that Monday morning...doc said had I chosen meds and went home I would have been back at the hospital by that weekend...it was HORRIBLE...it was probably one of the only pains I've ever experienced that could truly compete with natural labor...
Stupid surgery schedulers...the only reason I lasted another day and a half after my worst attack was because I was pumped full of pain meds sleeping the day away in the hospital! They are crazy!
I'll be praying that your surgery goes well...and you have a speedy recovery! Are they doing it laproscopic? Thats how they did mine and I have 4 little bitty scars you can barely see..and besides minimal abdominal pain I felt GREAT in about 2 days!
