I have cut back tremendously. I used to have at least 1 Diet Coke and 1-2 cups of coffee each day.
I have totally cut out the Diet Coke and have cut back to 1/2 caff and only about 3 times a week.
Instead I will have a cup of decaf tea in the morning. As long as its something warm it tends to do the trick.
The decaf at work is horrible so I treat myself to 1/2 caff every few days from Starbucks.
i cut out caffeine (mostly) while pg, although in the last few days i would sometimes have a diet coke once a day. right now i'm bf, so i will have a mcd's ice coffee every few days, but try not to too much since then it might keep the baby up too, but the mcd's iced coffees are mostly milk and ice, not too much coffee so i figure it's ok once in a while.
I never drank a lot of caffeine. I would have the occasional Rockstar Punched, but that's about it. The only caffeine I have now is maybe a can of Coke or Dr. Pepper when I feel I need a small boost of energy.
