Oh my goodness...We went out for dinner last night. I was a little nauseated to begin with, but, holy cow, as dinner went on, I was in for it! A number of the tables around us had ordered fajitas (which normally I would LOVE...yummmmmm) As the sizzling pans went by, I thought I was going to lose it. The smell of cooking chicken and soy sauce was unbearable. Seriously, I never knew that there was soy sauce in the fajitas, but my PG nose knew right away! What other aversions do you have?
I can't smell brocolli.
I don't like the feel of certain foods in my mouth (I can eat shredded lettuce, but not chopped. What the heck?)
Hard shell tacos are fine, not soft.
Canned chicken noodle soup won't go down.
buns on hamburgers...ick
Cotton candy ...ew
Now that I've listed some of them, I feel kinda crazy. Make me feel better...what are your aversions?

My current list of aversions (and growing every day - what will be left for me to eat??)
quickly followed by salads and most veggies now (sigh)
Fish (and this is tragic, i LOVE fish)
Certain cheeses (if i lose all cheese i may starve to death!)
Chicken (but i'm still trying different kinds to see if how it's prepared makes a difference)
Anything sweet (!) with the exception of ice cream
Fruits are hit and miss depending on how i'm feeling, have had bad reaction to strawberries, mellons & oranges recently)
Beef - still like BBQ, but steak last night didn't go well
Booo m/s....i'm really hoping/praying that i won't have it the entire pregnancy right now or this will be the best diet ever!

My list of things I cant eat/drink is growing by the day lol.... On the list at the moment is:
Onions! I cant stand the texture.
Anything cheesy! I dont even like the smell
The smell of fresh bread makes me wanna throw up!
Coke! I was craving it initially, now I cant stand it
Sausage rolls. Well, I like the pastry on the outside but I leave the sausage lol.
I know there are more but I cant think of them all right now, and there are probably too many to list
My first weight loss goal is to lose 21lbs, which is 10% of my body weight
At the moment anything that might be healthy is HORRIBLE...
I can't think of eating or drinking:
Whole grain/multi grain bread...it HAS TO BE WHITE. I NEVER used to eat white bread
Coke or any soft drink (I used to be addicted to Coke Zero)
Iced Coffee...one of my old loves
Types of cheeses
Broccoli...I've just stopped buying it now
Types of fruit...though I LOVE oranges.
Meat...I can't stand the thought of meat or any kind
the lists goes on and on...
I did just start to like chocolate again...but only if it Cadbury and I LOVE tomatoes- with lots of salt and I also love pastry.
Why can't it be the other way around and I can only eat healthy food...then I wouldn't feel like a little dumpling already.
