I am having sever constipation and can't seem to get relief. I've added colace everyday but it's not helping any right now. Anybody else have this problem? Thanks in advance for the help.

I had some problems with constipation, but not to an extreme measure. the only thing I can add is drink lots and lots of water, and eat high fiber foods.

So Sorry you are uncomfortable!!

Try some prune juice Hun....It was good for me. A glass a day should help a lot. I HATED the taste but LOVED the relief. Hope it helps and you feel better soon.

I had that with my previous pregnancies and this time I plan to try Fibre-Sure. Hopefully it will help.

prune juice, lots of water, you can even try a jar of baby food prunes....
and any type of high fiber cereal ( thats what I had to do!)

sometimes warm fluids will help also...
maybe some decaff, tea or coffee

A bowl of raisin bran cereal usually helps me. I used to be on these awesome prenatals, PrimaCare Advantage, that had a stool softener in them. They've been out of stock for awhile but they REALLY helped me, I wish I still had them.
