1) When someone has a get together and you have to bring a side dish...what are you best known for bringing?

2) Does your family eat out alot or do you cook the majority of your meals?

1- I'm never asked to just bring something...its Danielle, you're bringing your beans right?.. ...they are just baked beans with sausage and onions and all kinds of other stuff in them but people love them...they are def my side dish staple...

2 - It depends on how hectic the day was...we try to make a menu every Sunday for the whole week and that is what we base our grocery shopping off of...but some days are just too crazy and I won't have enough time to really cook...we eat lots of Subway and McDs...

1) I can't say there's one thing every time...love to do desserts so often it's a special chocolate chip cookie recipe i love!

2) Not that often until i got pregnant, and now DH will often grab something for him since i can't stand about 90% of cooking smells right now (ugh)

1. I usually get asked to bring a pie or cake.

2. I cook the majority of our meals. We don't eat out too often.

I am usually asked to bring chocolate and peanut butter cup cheesecake. It's pretty easy to make.

We eat out a lot I guess. Maybe once a week or so. Other than that we usually decide what we want for dinner around 6pm and Dave usually heads to the store. It's not a good idea to do this...we end up spending way too much each month on groceries and it would probably be cheaper to eat out every night. It is usually just the two of us home for dinner. The kids are always out these days. Gotta love teens

If you would like to see pictures of my sweet (but tiny) boy they can be viewed at www.caringbridge.org/visit/noahdarrohn they aren't the easiest pictures to look at but I am willing to share them with anyone who would like to see them <3
On August 2, 2012 we lost Sarah at 17 weeks. She was our 8th loss Her pictures can be viewed at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/sarahdarrohn

1) I bring spinach dip and Hawaiian bread - If I don't, I get nasty glares!!

2) We try to not eat out too often, but it all depends on how much energy I have and how busy our night is. When I was younger we always used to only eat out on Friday nights. I want to start that with my family. It makes eating out more of a special occasion and something to look forward to.

I cook most of our meals, but lately we have been eating out more, but between me feeling tired all the time and i staying on the road, just not too much cooking going on

1) When someone has a get together and you have to bring a side dish...what are you best known for bringing? I make a mean salad. I make about three of them actually. A Chinese cabbage salad that is always requested, and a 7-Layerd salad, and just a regular old garden salad w/ absolutely all the fixins in it.

2) Does your family eat out alot or do you cook the majority of your meals? Umm, I normally make a meal plan and grocery shop and cook, but we eat out on Tues or Wed each week due to YMCA sports or Cub Scouts (usually Jimmy Johns, or fast food). And then we usually eat out one meal on the weekend too. We're bad, but I'm not a real adventurous cook, and according to SO I only know how to make "white people food," i.e. casseroles, grilling, and the like. He's Asian, and I can't do Asian food at ALL. So we eat a lot of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese out; and if there was Philippino in the area we'd be having that frequently too.

1-If it's a holiday meal, I always have to make my Corn Casserole. Other than that, most of the time people are coming to our house, so I get to make lots of stuff

2-We usually only eat on the weekends, but it's usually a lot on the weekend Sometimes during the week, if it's a late soccer night, we grab something quick rather than have to make dinner at 830 or 9!
