One I have a very bad bladder infection, he said since the bleeding is just from around the cervix the infection isn't the cause.
He did say I was over doing it and I have strict orders to rest as much as possible. I can do one load of laundry a day, I can wash, dry and fold but get someone else to put them away. If I stand to cook I can't stand to wash dishes. No more than 10 minutes an hour on my feet. I also started my progesterone shots.
Sorry to hear about your bladder infection...OUCH!
Glad he didn't feel concerned about the bleeding, but it definitely sounds like you need to take it easier! I am sure it's hard with 2 kids to care for, but try to take it as easy as you can!
May I ask why you are starting progesterone shots now? I can't see on your ticker exactly how far along you are, but I am curious about the benefits of the progesterone supplements in the second tri?!? (Just me being curious )
I'm 20 wks , I have never made it Full term so they are hoping by giving me the shots I can go longer than 35 wks. Nick was 35 wks a few days, and Jon was 32 wks 5 days, I will take the shots weekly until 36 wks. I'm praying to make it 36 wks this time.
Looks like it's old blood now but I'm not doing much today.
Sorry to hear about the bladder infection...but glad you are getting it taken care of now. Mine tend to not show up (no symptoms) until they are really bad....kidney infections are horrible! Also, I like how your doc gave you specific instructions on what "taking it easy" means to him. Mine just says "take it easy"...but I have a 2 year old! Here's hoping the bleeding stops and you have no more worries this pg!
Sorry to hear about the infection but hopefully the meds will clear that right up...
As for taking it easy...way to go doc for the specifics...its always interesting explaining to your DH that the doc said "take it easy"...to men that is like cooking and cleaning the kitchen...just not mopping the floor...
Hope to hear things are going better!!
And...hopefully the prog shots will take you to full term!!
