I've never felt the need to "nest" and get everything in order when I've been PG. Am I alone? The closest I got was feeling the need to make a tree skirt and matching table runners for Christmas when I was PG with my first DS. (Funny thing is that I don't actually sew... ) Does everyone feel the need to nest? What the heck is wrong with me? I want to get everything done, now that i'm feeling better, but, the motivation is just not there! What the heck?!?!?!?!
i think i nested more while TTC than when preg! ok im ready for baby to come but thats simply after splitting with mark i want to take no chances and have everything ready incase it happens again. all i want to do at the moment is sleep but unfortunately, glow worm is not willing to do the same!
dont worry hun, i think i only had it with one of my pregnancies and that was when i was already 10days overdue so i put it down to boredom!
Friends are the family you choose yourself and I love my JM sisters!
It may not come till the end...most nesting instincts are just anxiety coming out in an organization frenzy...I know I'm gonna be a mad woman once we get to NE and I get to start decorating a nursery...
I wish I felt like nesting , my house is a mess, baby stuff stuff everywhere along with the boys toys.
I nest with Nick the day before I was admitted to the hospital for High BP. Jon came to soon to nest, I wasn't ready. I nested while he was in NICU.
Don't feel bad, not everyone is a nester.
I really hope I get the intense need to clean. I think I'd feel so accomplished if I got everything done. I'm setting weekly goals for myself and trying to hold myself accountable to get them done. This week? Reorganize the master bath and Robbie's room. The latter may take a few extra days. But, if i get started with one project at a time, maybe I can FORCE myself to nest.
Thanks for everyone's input!
