I felt pretty good yesterday and I'm past the 36 mark so doc says I don't have to lay low so much anymore. Well, I went shopping then came home and went for a walk with DD and DH....we are having perfect spring weather. Last night I was contracting alot (not surprisingly) so I decided to write down the times that I felt them. They were EXACTLY 4 minutes apart for well over 2 hours. At that point, I went to bed and figured they'd wake me if they got stronger. I slept all night and woke up fine. So......the moral of the story.....braxton hicks don't have to be irregular.
With my second DS, my BH were not only regular, they actually got closer together! But, they never got more painful. I remember timing them for hours one night thinking "this could be it..." Instead, I gave up, went to sleep for a few hours and woke up EXHAUSTEd for work
You're right. BH can be regular. I hope this is your body getting ready for the real thing. You're getting close!
