I can't seem to get comfortable on my side (either side) and stay there when I sleep. I've only been a back sleeper for a year or two, but, now I can't seem to make anything else work! I know I'm supposed to avoid sleeping on my back, but, my shoulders are even starting to hurt. Any suggestions?

My only suggestion is one of those long pillows that adjust (kind of) to your body, don't know what they are called. I always been a tummy sleeper so sleeping on my side was very hard, I just slept between two pillows, honestly it did not allow me to sleep better, it was a bit annoying after a while, so I guess after all I was no help.

I'm not of much help either. I've been trying a pillow between my knees but I always end up on my back or kind of on my stomach.

I can sleep on my right side but now my left. I know that is the one they suggest. But when I do, I get a pulling feeling in my uterus that really hurts. Baby stays on right side anyway. But I am most comfy on my back.

I used a body pillow to support my tummy and a pillow between my knees - which seemed to help with hip pain.

Sorry you are uncomfortable right now. Hugs!!
