I am 24 weeks today! So excited to have made it this far. I started having what I assume to be braxton hicks on Tuesday off and on. Well then I had then Wednesday and now today. I never felt them with my other 2 children, probably because I worked outside my home and was always too busy to notice. These do not really hurt but I can definitely feel the pressure of them 1 or 2 have had a teeny weeny bit of pain. Not enough to matter. Is it normal to have b/h so often or should I just give in and go to the Dr.?

I'm always one that says "call" if you are at all worried. But, I am having BH pretty frequently (actually having one as I type this ) When I had asked my doc about them she said to make sure that I'm hydrated and that I completely empty my bladder when I use the bathroom. So, drink your water and make sure you go potty This is also not your first PG so you will feel them sooner and more frequently. But, I'm not telling you not to call. Just giving you the info I got when I called . KUP and take it easy. And, congrats on 24 weeks!

I called and they told me as long as they have no pattern I would be okay. And like you said drink water and relax. I was not really worried but my DH was stressing. Our good friends lost their baby at 22 wks 4 days, so he has been obsessed with me and every little twinge lately. (it's kinda nice, but don't tell him)
