Alex had his 4 month appointment, he's 14lb and 25.5inch long. I guess he's weight and his height are not proportional with each other (too skinny for his height?) but the doctor say that he might just be growing up that way . She suggested that I could give him some formula if I'm concern that he is not getting enough or I can take some herbal supplements that she recommended to increase my milk supply, so I'm going to try that. Also, she is concern that he is not rolling over and if he's not doing it by next appointment he will have to do some physical therapy. He got his shot, he was doing great with the first shot, but then the second one he was not happy so he cried , but as soon as I picked him up, he was happy. Today he seems to have a fever, he's really warm and had diarrhea, which I think they are both side effects from the shots. And of things are going great, I'm at work with him and we are running out of diapers and wipes, thank goodness that we only have 1.5hrs before we get to go home. He's now sleeping he's so sweet when he is sleeping.....
hmmmm.....that all sounds perfectly normal to me. Hayden is a skinny boy too, but my ped. said that is just how he is built and that he is NOT too skinny(I asked her). He is at the 50th for weight and 90th for height. Plus, Hayden wasn't rolling over all that well at 4 mos. And, now he is all over the place. I wouldn't worry hun, maybe your ped. is just being extra cautious.....

Poor little Alex...I hate when they get shots. I hope he feels better soon. And, two of mine were thin in comparison to their height. They caught up in the end. I hope the supplements help. And, he'll roll over soon. When is he seen next? I swear you just had him. I can't believe how old he is already.
