How did you/will you come up with a name for your little one? (i.e. did you use baby name books, family names, favorite tv shows, etc...)

Do you like YOUR name? Or would you change it? If so, what would you change it to?

my kids both have one name from a relative, and the other was just a name that my ex-husband and i could agree on. Timothy Michael is after his father, Timothy John. We both have brothers names Michael-- now, my kids have four uncle Mikes plus that is my boyfriend's name, lol... and my daughter, Melissa May comes from a line of four relatives with "May" as the middle. Melissa was my favourite name that we could agree on.

my name is okay, jacqueline... i never liked it growing up, and now, i HATE being called j,a,c,q ie. my mom spelled it that way, and i don't want it searchable. i can't stand the sound of the name jackie, to be honest, so i go by jaQ, and get pissed when anyone calls my jackie-- i tell everyone to call me jaQ, and it's kind of rude, imo, for them to call me something else. i always wanted "May" for my middle name, but i got Ann. my great-grandma, grandma (my best friend), aunt, and cousin, all got it, and i didn't, so i knew i would give it to my frist daughter, and that i did.

How did you/will you come up with a name for your little one? We used a baby name book, well sort of.

Do you like YOUR name? Or would you change it? If so, what would you change it to? We liked the named that we first picked out but them no one in the family liked it and sooner or later we started having doubts about the name, so we changed it to the more usual/common name. We picked Leixander which is a form of Alexander, we of ended up with Alexander, which is the name that we first picked out before we started looking at baby name books
This is how off I am, I completely misunderstood the question I don't care much for my name, it could be worse.

How did you/will you come up with a name for your little one? They are mostly family names. Our girls name is 100% family names..... Nora LeeAnne . Nora is DH grandma's name, Lee is my grandpa's middle name and Anne is a family name on my side that goes back about 6 generations in some form (and is my middle name). Our boys name is Joel David. Joel we just agreed on and David is DH's Father's name (he passed away when DH was young) and is DH's middle name too! I love family names.

Do you like YOUR name? Or would you change it? If so, what would you change it to? Heather is so 80's....but I don't think I would change it if I could. Its become a part of me, haha.

We used a baby book for the first names, but the middle names have some meaning. Our girl name is Chloe Elizabeth. We both liked the first name and the middle name is from my favourite fictional character (Elizabeth Bennet). The boy name (Declan Andrew) was a contender with our son and was the name we had decided on for a boy when we had Eva. We both like Declan and Andrew is DH's name. My son's middle name is Anson, which means 'son of Andrew'. We want any other son we have to also have a connection to his father.

I don't really care for my name. To me, it sounds overly popular and boring.

I found Tanith's name in a baby book. I fell in love with it the second I read it and just knew it was her name. DH was not totally thrilled with it and held out until she was born. He then agreed that it should indeed be her name. (I win! ) I have been kind of looking around, reading books, etc, but will not start the name search in earnest until we know the gender.

I like my name.(Karissa) It isn't common, but it isn't weird. Many people find it difficult to pronounce though. MIL still puts an "L" in it sometimes (Klarissa), even though DH and I have been together for almost 9 yrs. Whatever. She doesn't call me the ex's name.

Cecil is Named after both of his Great Grandparents...Cecil is Travis's Maternal Great-Grandfather, and Evan is my Paternal Great-Grandfather.

We choose Issac's Name out of a baby book..It mean laughter and Avery's name was a name that just came to us and we loved.

Do you like YOUR name? Or would you change it? If so, what would you change it to?

I like my name... I was named after Samantha on Bewitched, and I LOVE that show.......If we had a girl, I probably would have named her Piper after Piper Halliwell on Charmed...I thought it would be cool if we were both named after TV witches.....Maybe our next kid will be girl and then I could use that name
