It seems to be getting worse. Last night I fell asleep for about 10 minutes and woke up. At 4:30 in the AM I was still awake. It's starting to take it's toll. Any advice as to how you fall asleep and STAY asleep? Waking up in the middle of the night is going to happen. I can't avoid going to the bathroom. HELP
