Hey Ladies,

I'm Michelle and I'm 6 weeks Pregnant. I had a MC on June 1 of this year and got pregnant again on/around the 18th of June. I'm super excited and super nervous. I have my 1st U/S next tuesday. Any thoughts on what to expect?

Congratulations on your pregnancy and welcome to PAL! This is a great place to hang out because the emotions of PAL are so different than pregnancy w/o a loss and can be tough for others to understand. At a 6 wk 5 day u/s you may see a heartbeat, but it isn't a sure thing at that point. It will be a transvag u/s for sure, and you'll see gestational sac and fetal poles.

Congrats and welcome to PAL! I agree with what Kelly said, you might be a h/b I saw it at 6.5 weeks so it's possible. Good luck.

Welcome to PAL!!! Kelly has it right. You'll see the fetal pole, the yolk sac, and maybe the little blinking beacon of the heartbeat. Good luck and update us as soon as you can! I'm sure you'll find the women here to be supportive and understanding. I know I was glad to find them. And, feel free to vent and ask all the questions you may have. These women are also a wealth of knowledge! Take care and Congrats on your PG!
