I was wondering since I had a m/c, it was my first m/c.. Will my OB put me on progestone before I get pregnant again???

I've heard of so many women say their doctors put them on progestone after a m/c and when their TTC again....

I have had 2 mc's and was never put on progesterone. I waited 3 months to ttc since last mc and just found out I was pg. I guess it just depends on your ob.

Most doctors do not treat with progesterone unless your progesterone levels are low. My old doctor treated me with it but I had to pull teeth to get my new doctor to treat me with it. You can buy progesterone cream online. I have seen it at Early Pregnancy Tests.com. There is a link to their website on the TTC board with the fertility aids. That is what I was going to use if my doctor wouldn't prescribe it to me.

My doctor didn't put me on progesterone either. It just depends on your particular situation.

Normally they don't start you on the progesterone until just after you have conceived, but some will start you on it during TTC.

My doctor told me that she hadn't seen any results that were way better when pregnant or TTC with the Progesterone supplements...I'm 10 weeks and so far so good...just be patient...I know it's not easy...but your time will come and don't stress over it...
