I finally heard back from the dr. in regards to my u/s yesterday. The bleeding has stopped, so that's good news. The not so good news is that I have partial placenta previa and that is probably what has caused the bleeding. So no lifting my 2 year old, no bd'ing for now and other things that could cause it to get irritated and bleed again. He also want's another u/s in 2 weeks, which I have anyway on the 19th (that's my anatomy scan) and another one in the 3rd trimester to make sure the placenta has moved up. So all in all it was good news. Baby looks good and measures right no target for 18 weeks.

That makes sense! I'm glad baby looks good and it's only partial - it moves almost every time . Just sucky for now! I hope it gets out of the way soon!

I'm glad they figured out the cause of the bleeding - even if has stopped, I know how reassuring it is to actually know why it happened. And with regards to the placenta previa, as has been said, most of the time it grows away from the cervix, and I certainly hope it's the case for you!!!

I'm glad that baby is doing great, and that they caught the problem! Hopefully at your next ultrasound, it will be gone.
