Hi everyone. I just got a BFP on 3/17! HCG was 236. I had a very early MC last month and i am wondering if this is somehow leftover tissue. The doctor said if i had tissue left over i would be cramping and spotting still! Anyone been here? Im starting to feel pg but im not sure if its just because i know that im getting BFP's. He said he will do another blood test next friday. Im really not wanting to wait so long. For now though, he gave me a pregnancy notification letter for my chain of command because he does think im pg. The levels that i got during the MC were 20.77 and then 9! he never tested again to make sure it went low enough...but in my heart i think it did. Im starting to get excited...but im scared to get my hopes up. If anyone has any advice on this please let me know. If you look back at my prior posts you can see exactly what happened.

This is a new pregnancy. If your HCG was 9 it is not left over anything

I got PG with this baby on the back of a loss too!

Congrats! I can't wait to hear what the new number is.

If you would like to see pictures of my sweet (but tiny) boy they can be viewed at www.caringbridge.org/visit/noahdarrohn they aren't the easiest pictures to look at but I am willing to share them with anyone who would like to see them <3
On August 2, 2012 we lost Sarah at 17 weeks. She was our 8th loss Her pictures can be viewed at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/sarahdarrohn
There is no known explanation for my losses.

Thanks....that makes me feel better. I have been crazy worried this whole time. Doc said if the number is good I will be able to get an early ultrasound before I'm referred to the obgyn. Either way 236 is way higher than the first # I got before miscarrying. So of course my hopes are up!

yay! I hope everything is find. Are my levels good though 236 on 3/17. Im guessing it was about 4 weeks since LMP. But LMP was a MC at the same time so i dont know if its a little off or not. Im sure my cycle is all messed up lol. Just needing reassurance that everything is okay

if your hcg is now 236, and it was never that high with your m/c, I think you can safely say you're pregnant! Congratulations! I hope you get the reassurance you need, when you get your next blood draw done!
