The nurse called this morning and said the dr wanted me to come in today for a sonogram. The dr was not too happy with where my levels are (got retested yesterday). I was freaking out, so scared. Well, we saw the sac, the yolk sac and the beginning of an embryo!!! No heartbeat, but I do not think I am far enough along for that. I am probably not as far along as I thought. There is still hope!!! I go in next Thursday for another sono which will hopefully bring more good news!!!

good luck for next Thursday!!!!! If everything else looked good, then I'd imagine it was just a little early to see the h/b - esp if there is a chance you aren't quite as far along as you thought you were! 5w6d we saw a h/b (95bpm), but it had only just started - and I know in my DDC, there were lots of women who went for u/s at 6w & didn't see the h/b, but went back a few days later & saw it...

If you would like to see pictures of my sweet (but tiny) boy they can be viewed at www.caringbridge.org/visit/noahdarrohn they aren't the easiest pictures to look at but I am willing to share them with anyone who would like to see them <3
On August 2, 2012 we lost Sarah at 17 weeks. She was our 8th loss Her pictures can be viewed at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/sarahdarrohn
