ME!! I have not stopped my progesterone yet but I am pretty scared my doc will tell me to this week. It concerns me - it's like losing your safety net!

Yes! I stopped progesterone and my Metformin (for PCOS) around the same time and I was so nervous. Oh gosh, I don't even know what to tell you except that there's no medical evidence that stopping progesterone will force you to miscarry. Not that it reassures you emotionally! But I just had to keep telling myself that statistics/science were on my side. You can do it! I can't wait to hear the good news on Thursday!

I was terrified to stop taking my progesterone too... and my OB had me stop taking baby aspirin several weeks ago and I was totally freaked then! I hope the next week flies by for you and you get some reassurance at your us!

I stopped mine two nights ago...and yeah it scares the heck out of me to stop it too. If you are REALLY worried ask to be on it longer. I did. I just was not comfortable stopping too early. Heck at 14 weeks it still scares me!

If you would like to see pictures of my sweet (but tiny) boy they can be viewed at www.caringbridge.org/visit/noahdarrohn they aren't the easiest pictures to look at but I am willing to share them with anyone who would like to see them <3
On August 2, 2012 we lost Sarah at 17 weeks. She was our 8th loss Her pictures can be viewed at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/sarahdarrohn

I wasn't on progesterone, but I know if I was, I'm sure I'd know how you feel. I just wanted to give you a hug anyways and that I can't wait for your good update this week! I can't believe how fast the time is flying!!

I can imagine that I'd feel the same way as well. When you do something differently and it seems to have worked, you start feeling that it was the specific thing you did differently and losing that would be SCARY!

But I'll be praying and crossing everything for you!!
