Well I FINALLY gave in and did it. In my head I convinced myself that it would make me lose the baby. So it's been....ummmm... almost 14 weeks. Luckily Dave is a good sport and didn't push the issue much until now. He was begining to think it was never going to happen again. Poor guy Well I gave in. I have been wanting to but the fear over powered the desire. I was so scared to wake up to contractions or bleeding all night. Well needless to say neither happened.

PHEW. I am glad nothing bad happened and now maybe I can feel a little better about it.

Am I the only one who was holding out? I hate PAL fears.

If you would like to see pictures of my sweet (but tiny) boy they can be viewed at www.caringbridge.org/visit/noahdarrohn they aren't the easiest pictures to look at but I am willing to share them with anyone who would like to see them <3
On August 2, 2012 we lost Sarah at 17 weeks. She was our 8th loss Her pictures can be viewed at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/sarahdarrohn
There is no known explanation for my losses.

We've only done it a couple of times and then when we did last time I was bleeding the next day. So needless to say I am not going there anytime soon. I was told I had marginal placenta previa, which has now resolved iteslf, but I'm still not ready to go there yet. DH will have to wait a while longer.
Glad that you had a good time!

DH and I DTD for the first time today and of course it made me bleed (not a lot but it was definately fresh blood). I never bled after sex with the first two pregnancies so I thought it would be fine this time. Well now I know and no more DTD for us.

No, I held out for the first trimester. DH was great about it as he had just as much fear as me. It wasn't so much that I thought I would lose the baby I was more worried about it causing bleeding which would have really freaked me out.

I made up for it in the 2nd trimester but now I am getting too big and uncomfortable!

I held out for a while. I am not really sure how long. Though I feel bad for DH because I have not been in the mood. I have 0 desire to DTD right now. I hope it comes back when baby gets here!

DTD is so scary when you are PAL. I ended up on pelvic rest for all of the first tri anyway and now I think I am back on pelvic rest again . We do other stuff though that keeps us both satisfied.

You're not the only one, I have been terrified every time. But I am glad everything is OK!

LOL! At my house it's the other way around! My SO says no DTD for me, because he thinks that's what made me go into labor early w/ Ella. He says I'm cut off until this little one arrives. First tri I was so sick we didn't, 2nd tri we did, and now nothing. I hope you can continue to enjoy it Bobbie!!

We haven't DTD since I was about 6 weeks (at which point I was "supposed" to have m/c) but it didn't feel "right".. DF doesn't push it, as I'm constantly bleeding anyway and we're going through so much with this pregnancy, but I must admit I'm getting the urge, I'm just too scared right now.

I'm on pelvic rest for the first trimester. I've really been in the mood but I'm way to scared. I hope I don't need to get CVS again this pregnancy or I will have to hold out even longer...poor DH...

Honestly, yeah, same here. DH and I just recently DTD for the first time pretty much since the very beginning stages of the pregnancy. I was pretty scared and I could tell he was worried too. Luckily, no bleeding the next day and no cramping. We haven't done it again though and I know he wants to but I can't shake the fear that it's going to cause us to lose the baby.

Hum my first loss started as light spotting after great sex. However we really didn't have any issues with being intimate until after the third loss, and we were trying to decide if we should use condoms to give my body a chance to regulate. I am glad we didn't!
