I am scared to harm my baby.. I've had two m/c and I do not want to have another one...

My MIL asked me to mow the yard.. it's 2 acres...this lawn mover shakes a lot because the yard's surface is not flat at all.. do you think it's safe?

We haven't told her about my pregnancy...so hmmm I do not want to refuse to do if it's safe to move the yard...I remember that one of my friends told me that it could be dangerous...

WDYT?

2 Acres is big if it's a push mower. If she has a riding mower I would say go for it. If not maybe tell her that you pulled a shoulder muscle the other day or something.

I think you will be OK. To me, mowing a lawn is about comparable to hiking...more strenuous than walking but not as much as running. I would however be reserved if the yard is a HUGE hill or something crazy.

thank you, Kim and Liz! i decided to mow...i was finished with 1 acre when my abdomen began hurting.. so I stopped mowing for now. I am going to see a doctor next week and I am going to ask him if it's ok to continue mowing with a risk of a m/c..
