I went to my first OB appointment Tuesday and had blood drawn. I got the levels back yesterday and they were 13641 and I was 6w3d so I'm excited. I went back for more blood work today and will get those results tomorrow. If they number doubled like it was supposed to, I'll have my first ultrasound next Friday. My birthday is Saturday so I'm hoping to see a heartbeat. What an awesome early birthday present!

I am over the moon right now!! My numbers at 6w5d with my loss were only 4000 so I was thrilled to be more than 3 times that high two days earlier. Oh please let this little bean be the sticky one!!

UPDATE 5/21

I'm up to 21000 yesterday. I'm a little nervous because it didn't double but the nurse was not at all worried and said it is common to take longer than two days to double when you are this far along. I'm all set for my first ultrasound next Friday. Woo hoo!!!

Those numbers are great, congratulations! Hope to see them doubled tomorrow! My levels were so much higher with Ella than with my losses so I know how that can ease the anxiety somewhat.

it can take up to 72 hours for numbers to double, so I would say your numbers are fine

I heard the same thing... the further along you are the longer it takes your Hcg to double. Congrats on great numbers

After about 6 weeks your numbers don't double. My ob wouldn't draw my blood anymore after 5 1/2 weeks. Congrats on the great numbers and baby!!
