Holy cow!!! I can't believe I've made it to 30 weeks already.
had my midwife appointment yesterday and everything looks good. baby has moved head down YAY!!! I knew she had shifted, cause my belly looks much lower and her movements are different.
I'm still spilling protein and my bp is on the rise. It's not in the danger zone yet, but it's much higher than what I'm used to having. But as long as I stay under 140/90 I'm good.
I may have to do a 24 urine catch next time, if the protein is still showing up.
Have an u/s scheduled for June 8 to check the placenta.
And that was pretty much my uneventful appointment.

Yay for 30 weeks! Eat a lot of protein and that will help the spilling protein in your urine to stop or at least not be too bad.
