My appetite is off and on due to m/s. When it's off, get all food and food smells far far away - sometimes I force myself to eat anyway because I can't skip meals with my low blood sugar issues, but it's yucky. When it's on, I need FOOD NOW (usually something specific and unobtainable... but I make do!) Add Italian to my list of ethnic food cravings - tomato sauce, yum. I'm snacking mainly on yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and plain avocado with lemon juice on it (not all at once, lol!).
I'm dumping tons of salt on things too. My blood pressure tends to be a bit low and I have been tired and a bit dizzy, maybe my cravings are trying to compensate for low bp!
I also need lots of lemon in my water. We are going through lemons like crazy around here.
I eat ALL the time. I have to stop eating so much, or at least change what I eat, because I can't excercise at all so I'm gaining more weight then I should.

Yes! My appetite has totally picked up. It's annoying though. I have extremely ridiculous heartburn so I usually regret eating anything at all. When I do feel hungry, it's not like a slow growing "I should probably eat something." I go from nausea to starving in a second. I must say though, it's all good, tells me my little bean is growing. I have been craving spicy foods, which is so foriegn to me, with my son all I could eat was grilled cheese and other bland foods. So I'll take it.
