At my last two OB appointments Jackson's heart has been skipping a beat. My OB said it could clear up on it's own but he wants to look into it just to make sure it's not anything serious. I have an appt with a peri in just a little bit for a fetal echo. Please keep my little man in your thoughts and prayers that his heart is ok.

Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers. My appt went very well except that I almost passed out during the ultrasound...a combination of nerves and laying on my back too long didn't sit well with my body.

So what we found out was that whatever his heart is doing (it's complicated and I didn't really understand) corrects itself once the baby takes their first breath. He said it was something that we should just ignore. I couldn't have heard better news, besides there not being a skip in the first place but whatever.

I hope I never have to go back to that place again, apparently even my body doesn't like to be there since I've passed out or almost passed out every time I've been there.
Thank you all so much again for thinking of me today

Yay - so glad you got good news today. And I almost passed out at a few ultrasounds too - not a good feeling at all!

I am so happy that Jackson's heart is fine!!!!!! YAY! I have heard of that thing that corrects itself with the first breath, it's not uncommon and it will be fine. Great news!!!
