Our parents still don't know yet. We plan on telling them at Christmas along with our sisters/brothers. I should be about 16w4d by then.

I bought a little photo album and I plan on putting the u/s pictures in it. Dh and I also got a picture taken a Sears and he made a heart over my belly. In the corner of the picture it says boy or girl. It is the picture I have on here.

I also scheduled a 4d u/s for the 23rd. I plan on getting more u/s pics then and a dvd. Hoping we will be able to find out the sex then but I don't plan on telling our parents.

I want to wait for the anatomy scan to tell them. I plan on baking a cake and making it pink for girl or blue for boy and putting white icing on it so they can't tell until they eat it. Someone else mentioned that on another board and I thought it would be really cute.

Here is my dilemma. I don't know if I should tell aunts/uncles, cousins, grandparents yet. What do you ladies think?

I think it depends on your family. Maybe tell extended family in a Happy New Year email/cards?? Or you can just deputize your folks to spread the word. I know the latter is even quicker than the former in some families. Or just ask them what they think is best!

I think all the pics you're getting, plus the cake!!, will be a really cute way to tell your family about it. It's so exciting to spread the news!!!
