My numbers went from 384 on Friday to 426 on Sunday, to.................
1849 today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in shock.
have no idea what this could mean, but from the first number to today, its more than perfect doubling every 48 hours.

I have an ultrasound on the 24th. Nine days....seems like a million years right now. This had been the craziest roller coaster ride!

Were the tests done at different labs? The difference in methods and equipment can make a HUGE difference in the numbers in early pregnancy...

I chose to wait for the u/s even though its hard, I hate to go in and not see a heartbeat because it's too soon.
The tests were done in the same place. But the second one was a disaster, they accidentally canceled my test/results. So they had to "find" my blood sample and run the test. It was all so weird and because I may have been crying in the lobby, she rushed the results, I wonder if she just misread a number? I have no idea, but with a jump that huge, I actually have a shot this time!

That's great news. I've heard that as long as the number is going up, not to count yourself out yet just for this reason. It's hard though to be optimistic when you've been through a loss. Can't wait to hear about your u/s.

Given what you said about the second draw I would guess a mistake was made. I hope the 29th hurries up for you. I totally get the not wanting to go in to early and not see the heartbeat.
