Hey ladies i am 10wk 2days with my second pregnancy my next appt isnt until may 17 i had a missed miscarriage almost 2yrs ago, ironically i lost that one in dec 09 and due with this one dec 11. When i lost that baby all my symptoms just totally went away and i felt normal until i went to the dr and there was no heartbeat, so with this pregnancy I am completely freaked about everything i still have m/s which comes and goes it will be gone for about 2 days and then comes back with a vengance but if im noy vomitting im gagging, i wake up every 2 hrs throughout the night to pee, i have slight heartburn, gas (i cant stop burping) extreme hunger all day long, and find myself needing a nap around 1ish, all these are normal pregnancy symptoms right? So why do i still worry that i have already miscarried?! I think i need to sray away from google, I find things that some women say they still had symptoms after losing baby, in my heart i feel everythings ok but cant stop thinking about it! Help!

I would say if you're still having symptoms as much as you are....you are still brewing a baby I also had a missed, and have also been concerned with fading symptoms. You sound like all is well!! I went in for HB checks early on...like 1 time per week since last time I didn't know for 2 weeks. Nurse said swing by anytime...and it has always made me feel good (for about 1 more week) Hopefully soon I will feel movement so I can stop worrying so much.

Hang in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All sounds good so far

Sounds like a normal pregnancy to me . And a normal feeling after a loss. We all worry after a loss its totally normal. Welcome to the board. Stick around and make yourself at home. This is a great group of supportive ladies here . I started going for heartbeat checks at 12 weeks until 18 weeks just to help ease the worry. It helped alot. Congratulations on your pregnancy. Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months.

I think you sound like baby is pluggin' right along. I understand the worry...we all do over here. You've found a good home with us. I'm on pins and needles too, I think we all are. It's sad to get to be excited over pregnancy, but have this cloud standing over it at the same time...but your baby is going to be fine, healthy and full term! You sound good and preggo to me!

It's hard not to worry. I also experienced a missed miscarriage and it sucks not being able to trust your body! With my miscarriage, my m/s stopped but it would come on with smells and everything else still happened like a regular pregnancy! Still tired and peeing all the time, super emotional, boobs still hurt....so just try to stay as calm as possible, and this board is a great place to vent when you have a freakout day

I totally understand how you feel 2 of my 3 miscarriages were missed miscarriage. Both times all my symtoms were gone for days and then I just knew something was not right.
I think its so hard to go on after a missed miscarriage because the only comfort you get is seeing that the baby is still alive on the ultrasound.
I know some people say not to but have you thought about getting a doppler? You are getting far enough along where it will start working. I had one with my DD and days when I thought for sure something must be wrong or I just wanted to hear her I pulled out my dopper (pretty much every day..lol). I plan on doing it again this time if I can make it past 9 weeks.

I think most of us have had those fears, some to an extreme extent. It is so hard to be pregnant after a loss. My advice: step away from the Google, or anything else that make you more anxious. I would get anxious reading about later losses, and I had to force myself to stay away. I would even stay away from JM for days at a time during my first trimester because sometimes it made me more anxious. Do whatever you need to to avoid anxiety triggers as much as possible.
