Hi! I'm Jenna. I've been hanging out at TTC after loss forever and I finally got a BFP!!! I thought that was the hard part, but I'm totally freaking out. I've been feeling awful (nauseous & dizzy & tired) . . . but when I have spells where I feel good I start stressing that something is going wrong. How do you girls deal with this?

First off...Congratulations! That's awesome!!!!!!!!!

Personally, I worried all the time and time stood still for 3 months but after that it got easier for me and I really don't worry too much right now. Hang in there....it's going to be very scary for a while...but think positive, good things are happening

Take it day by day. I stressed all the time up until about a week ago. Now I am able to hear the baby on the monitor and it gives me more reassurance.

Congratulations!

The beginning is the worst for many of us. It's very normal to feel worried whenever you feel GOOD even though m/s and symptoms generally come and go in a healthy pregnancy. Good luck and we are here for you whenever you need to vent or need support!!

Wishing you a H&H 9 months!!!!!!

congrats!! As for how to deal, take it one day at a time...my m/s went away at about 9 weeks and I freaked out but have since had an u/s and doppler to hear the h/b so we're still good! It's hard not to worry, but the best thing to do is stay calm for you and your baby

and welcome!! It's good to see you here!

It's hard at the beginning that's for sure. The only thing I can say is to take it day by day and we're always here for you whenever you need.

Happy and healthy 9 months to you!!

Welcome and congratulations! It's hard but that is what we are here for. For all those freak out moments lean on us. We have been there and will help you get through it. Try not to get ahead of yourself and take it one day at a time. Celebrate each day and remember this pregnancy is new and the past does not dictate the future. Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months. Add your EDD to the stickie at the top and jump right in.

I think all of us worry. I'm a worrier by nature so even after this baby comes, I'll still worry. Hang in there and welcome.

Congratulations!!!! I can't even tell you how many times I have freaked out for reasons like you are right now. That is why I love this board in addition to a DDC. These ladies truly understand and don't ever make me feel like my freaking out is dumb.

Congrats... Like everyone else said.. Take it one day at a time, and enjoy it cause it flies by... I didn't put my guard down for a while.. It is part of how we cope after a loss.. Just relax and take it easy as best you can and make little goals to get too and celebrate when you get there.. That helped me alot.. HUGS!!

Thank you girls! I know I'm just driving myself crazy. I'll try to take your advice . . . I can't wait until I hear the heartbeat for the first time. Maybe I'll have some peace then. Have any of you bought the home heartbeat monitors?

Also I'm due around Jan 20th I think, I'll add it to the EDD list.
