The tech gave me a 75% that we are having a girl. I am really excited about having a girl. I bought some pink things, but I am leaving the tags on and receipts in the bag. Baby was healthy and I couldn't be happier.

Its very strange but every month when I go for a check up, and the nurse uses the doppler to check the baby's heartbeat, my heart races and the feeling of what if there isn't a heartbeat crosses my mind. Also just before the tech started my u/s I had the same feeling. I have finally decided that those feeling are just never going to go away. I am determined to enjoy every second of this pregnancy, it is my last one and I want to savor it.

wow I feel exactly the same way. Also one tech said 90 % girl and my doc said 75% girl so we have a bunch of pink, lavendar and green...so it better be a girl, haha

I get the same rush when doc looks for heartbeat..it never takes more than a few seconds to find, but I always think like "OMG why isn't it beating yet, what happened, she was just moving this morning, etc etc"

I am nearly delivering and I still get those feelings...par for the course I guess.

Good luck, congrats on your girl and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy!

Congrats on the (probably) Girl I get worked up right before they go for the h/b and bean ALWAYS kicks the dopplar thing. So I'm all tense and dead quite, then BAM (it's SO loud)!! and I just laugh (and cry ) My doc said she wants to get it on camera one of these days

Yeah, I think you are right. It does not go away. But think of how wonderful it is going to be when we finally get to hold our little ones.... OMG I can't wait.

I can't hardly wait either. My kids are getting really excited too. One of my friends just had her baby 4 w's early. She was a happy & healthy 6.5 pounder.
