Haha, no. I just got on b/c I thought "uh oh I better let the PAL ladies know I'm not in labor or anything!!" DH had the whole afternoon off for my appt, so we've been hanging out doing stuff. We just went for a nice walk in the park.

My appt was uneventful... I am still just 1 cm dilated, apparently starting to efface "slightly" (not even a percentage ) and that's it. Baby is doing great. My OB wanted another look at the baby just to make sure everything was good so I had another growth scan. She is measuring 8 1/2 lbs but it was a very rough estimate (again) because her head is down in my pelvic bones - so once again, no peek at her little face. At least she's in a good position for birth! And the fluid levels, her heart, her anatomy, her growth, etc, everything looked great. I am still doing great too, clear urine and my BP is super low, like 100/60.

So that's it!!!! No news really My next appt is not until next Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. At that point I will be officially post-dates. I expect to not go into labor before then... but who knows. I am trying to do more walking and BDing to see if we can't get things rolling a bit, but I'm not about to do anything serious to try and evict her. And she seems to be in no rush......

I love your update! Glad all is well with her.

I hope she is not like my boys, they were all almost 2 weeks overdue.

That sounds like a great appt! Dilation and effacement now really isn't an indicator of when you'll go, some women are long and closed and go into labor hours later, and some women sit at 3-4 cm 90% effaced for weeks, you know?

Here's hoping your little one is here soon!
