I am cramping a bit too...no bleeding or spotting, but crampy. I am hoping that it is just the stretching. I took some Tylenol this morning and that helped, but not enough.

I know that part of my problem is that I am wearing panties and I never wear them. So, I am guessing that I will have to go and buy some extra big ones so when I do have to wear them I won't get a belly ache from them.

I don't know how to make them stop, but I wanted to tell you I had streaching, cramping and spotting up to 14 weeks. Look at my ticker - I'm over half baked!!! I don't know, I thought maybe it would give you some encouragement.

I am at 19 weeks and I still get cramps and pains and the baby is doing fine. Some weeks there is nothing and then other weeks I get them daily. I think it corresponds to growth. I am used to the occasional cramps now and pretty much ignore them. Try not to worry.
