I'll try to explain this the best I can -- since I got up this morning I have had a dull ache every now and then (comes and goes but doesn't last long) about 4 inches below my belly button and all the way to the right - pretty much at the corner of the pubic hair line. It doesn't feel like cramping at all - almost like a pulled muscle or something like that, just a dull pain that kind of shoots and hits me and then is gone. Do you think this is anything to be concerned about? I get scared at everything - darn I wish I had my doppler at work! Just wanted some opinions.

It could be just growing pains, like stretching ligaments- I have simialr pains on both sides that come when I have been in the same position for too long and I switch positions- its like they stretch all over again.

Sounds like ligament pains. Totally normal. But understandably worrisome.

You're just making room for baby!

It's probably just growing pains. I have wierd pain too - either shooting pain on the right side when I change positions quickly or a dull pain that lasts a bit longer also on teh right side (the uterus is curved to the right). I tend to get them mostly in the mornings.

I think the type of cramping to worry about is painful and usually in the center of your stomach.
