When did you start your bi weekly appointments? I don't remember starting them this early with my son.. My dr started me this visit on bi weekly appts already.. All my friends that are local started around 34 wks on average.. I don't know if it is because he wants to keep a closer eye on me since I am a repeat csection or what.. This is just new.. No complaints just a little curious..

My every 2 weeks will start at 28 too (my next appointment is 28 weeks and then next after that will be 30). She may start every week sooner for me because I'm a basket case at the end.

I have one this coming Wednesday ( I should be almost 30 weeks) and then another one in two weeks. Then I start going every week for stress test and ultrasound. But Ithink that is because I am having twins

With both of my daughters the every two week appointments started at 28 weeks, then weekly starting at 36 weeks. My midwife confirmed that they will do the same for this pregnancy.

I've been doing appts every two weeks for a while. At about 20 weeks doc was concerned about my blood pressure and so she wanted me to monitor at home and come in more often. Now she just wants to keep a closer eye on me, most likely due to a combination of my history, age and clotting disorder. This pregnancy is so different than with DD, but I am ok with that.

For a normal healthy pregnancy my MW's start every 2 week visits at 32 weeks and weekly visits at 36. For me, I have had some complications so I have been going 2-3 times a week since 33 weeks.

My doc started me with bi weekly this time too. I was just there last week and will be again next week. It just makes it that much more real for us to be going to the doc so often! Its gonna be here before we know it!

Thanks for all the replies.. I go in again tomorrow for my first bi weekly appt.. He did tell me that at 36 wks is when they start all the weekly and looking for cervix changes and all that fun stuff.. I guess it does make it pass by quicker.. I am already in freak out mode cause I feel I am no where ready yet..
