I have NOT been able to hold anything down all weekend. Does anyone have any suggestions for an actual meal that may not cause me to be nauseous or throw up? I am so sick and so hungry...

Are you able to hold down clear liquids? If not you should contact your doctor because you're probably pretty dehydrated, and that only makes it worse. You may need IV fluids if you're that sick.
I'm no help. When I'm like that, nothing works.

For me, bread seemed to help a bit. Toast with butter or even a tiny bit of peanut butter. Crackers help. I know it sucks. Hopefully it won't last long for you!!!

Sour candy and fresh watery fruit (like melons) was about the only thing I could keep down when mine got bad with previous pregnancies. Small sips of water frequently (gulping water would make me puke).
If it keeps you from being able to stay hydrated or you're losing weight, you may want to talk to your care provider about going on a medicine to help. I always need zofran to be able to function.

I ate only cheerios for a week. A specialist told me lemonade is easier to keep down than water for many women with m/s.

I agree with silverlife. If you're having a really hard time, ask your OB for meds. I took Zofran for the first 4 months. No shame in asking for help. Also, Unisom at night helps with m/s and also helps you sleep. I cut mine in half though. Hope you start feeling better!!

No food or drink helped me... I was a mess.
I took half a unisom at night about 30 minutes before bed and that helped somewhat. I ended up getting Zopharn - what a miracle drug for me!!
I hope you feel better soon.

I had to do the 25mg b6 3 times a day...with 1/4 unisom in the morning, 1/4 unisom at lunch time and a half 1/2 unisom at night before bed. I took b6 only with my boys when the m/s was yuck and that helped. This time even the b6 with unisom I didn't keep much down...lots of dry toast, crackers and ginger ale. Hang in there!!!!

I second the melon thing, but breads didn't work for me. Water I couldn't keep down until after I started zofran around week 9. I was drinking gatorade instead. That was the only liquid that would stay down. Even when I would turn around and puke 10 min later, it was already absorbed so the only stuff that came up was food, no liquids. Oh and get preggie pops from Babies r us. Those things were a God send. My fav flavors were the sour raspberry and the ginger ones. Those really helped.

I second the idea of getting meds if you can't keep fluids down...I spent the first 20-odd weeks on a combo of Zofran & Phenergan and that's what allowed me to keep crackers & water down until the m/s subsided.
I also found I couldn't drink plain water...had to squeeze most of a lemon in it (no sugar/lemonade like though) to keep it down. I had some success eating plain boiled white rice - but let it cool enough you don't smell it (hot was not easy to stomach, i think mostly b/c of the smell). Saltines sometimes were doable to.
I hope your m/s passes quickly - KUP on how you're doing!

Thanks so much for the ideas ladies... DH brought home some watermelon for me and reminded me that we have some Zofran in the house. I hate eaten half a container of watermelon and thrown up only a little. Im gonna take some Zofran as soon as I can hold some water down... Im gonna add some fresh lemon and see if that helps keep it down. I'm gonna try chicken noodle soup for supper tonight.
